- Handling of parts sales and enquiries
- Placement of stock orders
- Providing parts advice
- Receipting of in-shipments and assistance with delivery to proper inventory locations
- Assist with preparation and maintenance of merchandise displays
- Facilitation of inter branch transfers of stock
- Follow up on back orders and stock shortages
- Administration and ad hoc duties as required
- Agricultural industry experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills
- A high level of initiative, organisation and time management skills
- Someone who works well independently and in a team
- Can follow safe work environment procedures and operations
- Ideally hold your current forklift license (can help you obtain)
- Parts and machinery knowledge.
- Ability to work extended hours or on call during peak periods, and rotating Saturdays.

Position Overview
As a Parts Interpreter at Hutcheon and Pearce, you will hold a central position within our Griffith Branch, serving as a vital link between our customers and service technicians for all their parts needs. Your role will require you to complete a diverse range of tasks, including sales, receiving, and delivery of parts, as well as attachments and merchandise. With your expertise and dedication, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction, while also facilitating the smooth operation of our service department.
