ING Australia are on the search for a Robotics Chapter Lead The Robotics Chapter Lead role is responsible for developing and maintaining Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Centre of Excellence (COE) for Customer Operations within ING.

The Robotics Chapter Lead will be responsible for managing a dynamic pipeline and backlog of robots, working closely with the business teams to identify opportunities for potential robotic implementation and manage a prioritised list based on a balanced view of customer experience, risk and financial benefits.

The Robotics Chapter Lead will be a process improvement expert that has the ability to define and manage the governance model for Robotics and ensure that it aligns with ING Global standards.


What You'll Do

  • Actively promote how Robotic Automation can improve business practices within Customer Operations
  • Manage a dynamic pipeline and backlog of robots with constant work with the business teams to identify opportunities for robotic implementation
  • Over see process improvement, ensuring that only optimised processes are pipelined for robotics
  • Identify high impact tasks to automate and define business cases for automation and determine the associated metrics to support each business case
  • Define and manage the governance model for robotics, ensuring this aligns with ING Global standards
  • Manage change management requirements for all robotic processes and practices

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience working across Process Improvement and Robotics
  • Experience in program management, managing programs of work and teams
  • Experience with business analysis including requirement gathering and working with user stories
  • Lean Six Sigma qualification (desirable)
  • 3+ years experience within Banking/Financial services (desirable)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
