The Role;

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to create a unique and memorable Basketball Jersey World experience.

You will be responsible for engaging and building rapport with customers to identify their needs and sell the appropriate products inline with budgets & KPI's.

You will be the key to driving in-store sales in order to achieve daily budgets.

Some of the key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

• Assist customers with queries, processing sales, returns and gift vouchers
• Picking and packing online orders with speed and accuracy
• Achieving sales targets
• Assist your Managers and share your product knowledge with customers
• Escalate any customer complaints to management
• Work under the guidance and support of your Store Manager, alongside team to achieve KPI's and targets
• Adhoc tasks as required
• Engage in housekeeping tasks to upkeep store presentation standards
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
• Drive instore sales through secondtonone customer service
