As a Guest Services Agent at MACq 01, you will create a warm, inviting and welcoming atmosphere for our guests through genuine and passionate interactions.

This role supports varied aspects of Front Office operations.

You will be responsible for daily guest check ins and check outs, making and amending reservations, booking and confirming internal and external tours, updating guest profiles, assisting with luggage and valet parking, and any other needs the guest may have during their stay.


  • Experience in a similar front office role at a comparable property (desirable),
  • Reservations experience (desirable),
  • Exceptional attention to detail,
  • Hold a current drivers licence,
  • Have, or can obtain, a valid RSA,
  • Strong time management, organisation and planning skills, including managing own time, problem solving and meeting deadlines,
  • Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders,
  • Excellent attention to detail, and
  • Sound computer skills with proficiency in MS Office and property management systems (RMS desirable).
