Broker & Agency Specialist Services team members identify and manage the delivery of a broad range of financial solutions to its Broker partners and their customers.

The objective is to provide customised products and services for broker introduced clients with Asset Finance needs.

The Business Development Executive reports into the local State Manager and is tasked with developing new business lending opportunities in the Business Banking segment.

Do Work That Matters

Manage a portfolio of Asset Finance brokers in WA
Actively pursue new business lending opportunities
Build strong relationships with the Asset Finance broker network
Responsible for identifying all opportunities that will provide solutions to our client's requirements.
Builds a network of contacts to assist the origination of new business, new clients and the gathering of competitive intelligence.
Identifies and assesses the risks which could prevent achievement of the objectives of the role.
Plans and executes risk mitigating procedures.
Provides a superior service to the introducing broker that satisfies the client's business banking needs and contributes to brokers/client's overall satisfaction with the service from the Bank.

We want to hear from you if you have:

Extensive experience in generating new business
Sound financial analysis ability
A good understanding of broker industry and systems
Ability to plan, prioritise and work autonomously
Commercial acumen
Effective oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer facing / interpersonal, relationship building skills
