$160,000 basic + super + uplift

TEN Recruitment are in partnership with a WA, indigenous owned civil and mining contractor who typically deliver projects valued up to $15m. The business services major clients within the industry with long-term contracts across mining sites throughout WA, specialising in earthmoving, road construction, civil infrastructure & crushing/screening.

They currently have a FIFO opportunity for a

Civil Supervisor to initially work on a 6-month project valued at $8.5m consisting of drainage, concrete and hardstand for a Port Authority. Thereafter there is genuine scope for career progression and the opportunity to move onto a major haul road project involving bulk earthworks and road construction affording continuity of work.


This is a permanent position, to be successful in this role you must be able to commit to the FIFO/DIDO lifestyle on a 2:1 roster from Perth to the project sites.


Your responsibilities may include:


  • Lead crew onsite to ensure efficient and effective utilisation of resources in accordance with operational procedures.
  • Work closely alongside the Project Manager to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and on time.
  • Coach and mentor your site teams to deliver to project and company objectives.
  • Ensure smoothrunning of daytoday activities.
  • Promote and foster a positive and safe culture on site.
  • Oversee all onsite activities to ensure workers are following the established workplace rules and OHS procedures.
  • Support the Project Manager and management teams by providing technical advice and guidance.
  • Coordination of daily work activities and collaboration of all teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Essential criteria:


  • 5+ years' experience in civil operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Holds a current, valid drivers license.
  • Work well autonomously and within a team.
  • Outstanding communication skills, including written and verbal communications.
  • Reliable, punctual and committed to work a FIFO/DIDO roster from Perth.
  • Drive and improve HSE initiatives, policies and procedures.
