Over the past 21 years, Gelato Messina has grown from a single gelato store in Sydney, to a primary producer and manufacturer of incredible gelato, weird and wonderful gelato cakes, couverture chocolate, bespoke event creations and super cool merch - with 32 retail stores selling our amazing products around the country and overseas.

We're a family owned and operated business, and we like to think we're made up of three equal parts - honesty, hard work and good humour.

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Store Manager to lead our Surfers Paradise team. You should have at least two years' experience managing a high volume, fast paced retail store. You should have strong leadership and communication skills, and a track record of building a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork, accountability and fun

You will have full responsibility for the day to day operation of our Surfers Paradise store, including recruitment, training and development, customer service, financial management, food safety and WHS procedures.

Full Australian work rights are essential.

We offer payment for all overtime hours, generous staff discounts on all of our products and plenty of free gelato

Salary:
$70, $75,000.00 per year
