Position Overview:


Responsibilities:


  • Warmly welcome and assist visitors, clients, and vendors upon arrival, ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.
  • Professionally manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain the reception area to reflect the professional standards of the company, including keeping it clean, organized, and wellstocked with informational materials.
  • Effectively schedule appointments and manage calendars, coordinating with team members to optimise time and resources.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring timely distribution to recipients.
  • Support administrative tasks by performing basic clerical tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry, maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to assist with special projects and tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to team success.
  • Admin tasks such as leases, rent renewals, listing properties and other related property management tasks

Qualifications:


  • Certificate of registration in real estate (or willing to attain)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or similar role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential

Salary:
From $40,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • On call
  • Overtime
  • Public holidays
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission
