About the role


Reporting to the Residential Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the non-clinical operations of the facility are managed efficiently and effectively.

Services include staffing, waste management, laundry, maintenance and other non-clinical services in the facility.


We are seeking an enthusiastic leader who will be relational and compassionate, with good rostering skills and able to meet the demands of a fast paced operational role.


Key Responsibilities (not limited to):


  • You will ensure all nonclinical operations including catering, laundry, and staffing rosters as well as maintenance and waste management maintain compliance and that they meet accreditation standards.
  • You will also ensure all service delivery to our residents and their families are of a high standard.
  • Purchasing requirements of the facility, ensuring that they are managed and within budget.
  • Ensuring the residents' environment and rooms are maintained at an appropriate standard.
  • Rooms are audited to ensure they are ready for new admissions by coordinating the appropriate services.

Skills, knowledge and experience needed:


  • Previous management/supervisory experience;
  • Aged care experience highly regarded;
  • Exceptional customer service, communication and organisational skills;
  • Ability to work well within a team environment;
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel, word, outlook and other programs such as Kronos, iPos and Archibus.

To be successful in this role you must have: NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance
