About the role at Qantas
Our General Graduates hold all types of degrees and bring diverse skills and knowledge to our business.

As a General Graduate, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of business areas including Customer, Operations, Commercial and Strategy.

As a General Graduate, you'll be based in our head office at Mascot with the potential for interstate or international rotations.

You could be involved in anything from designing our onboard amenity kits to planning new network routes.

These experiences will give you the chance to broaden your knowledge and skills, while building a strong professional network that will help you to fast track your success as a future leader at Qantas.


You'll bring new perspectives and challenge us to do things differently, helping us stay ahead of the game by creating a customer experience like no other.

Responsibilities

  • People and Culture Project Coordination
  • Coordinate people and processes to ensure the effective and timely running of a project


  • Organizational Culture Development

  • Understand and develop a strong and cohesive organizational culture


  • HR Query Handling

  • Promptly respond to HR queries and support compliance with HR policies

$50, $120,000.00 per year
