About the role
Based from either our Macquarie Park, NSW or Melbourne, VIC office.

This role is a hands-on Team Leader role, responsible for contributing to the overall customer experience by coordinating team resources and prioritising workload across the team to meet delivery time frames and invoiced budget.

The team leader will engage with internal stakeholders to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded, ensuring any customer specific information is communicated to all relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities:


  • Hold regular one on ones with a primary focus on people engagement, training, and development.
  • Coordinate, prioritise and communicate the daytoday work activities to ensure that appropriate support and timely delivery is enabled, and effective capability is maintained.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators in a consultative process.
  • Ensure training is provided to maintain standards of performance.
  • Review and update Promapp to ensure best practise procedures are documented.
  • Provide periodic and adhoc reports to National Operations Manager and Head Office as required.
  • In consultation with National Operations Manager, review national operations processes with a view to continuous improvement.
  • In close consultation with key stakeholders, coordinate all equipment installations and ensure equipment is delivered to Konica Minolta customers within the agreed timeframe.
  • Coordinate weekly invoiced forecast meetings.
  • Act as the first point of escalation for operations coordinators, internal stakeholders and external customers relating to deliveries and supply enquiries.
  • Determine stock arrivals and equipment ready for delivery and prioritise run up schedules.
  • Maintain and periodically publish runup and delivery schedules and stock back order information.
  • Stock take coordination in conjunction with Supply Chain & Workshop staff.
Qualifications and Experience

  • Qualification (in business, logistics or warehousing discipline) or equivalent relevant industry experience
  • Demonstrated experience of leading a team
  • Extensive experience in coordinating sales and delivery processes from order entry through to customer installation
  • Understanding of logistics environment
  • Proficiency with an order management software system SAP
  • Welldeveloped Microsoft office skills
  • Excellent communication skills and positive team orientation
  • Strong attention to detail and welldeveloped analytical skills
