- Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee ordering, freight, storage, and allocation of workshop supplies and vehicle parts.
- We are seeking a reliable, self-motivated individual to work both independently and collaboratively.
- This role is open to Australian citizens.
- Attention to detail, initiative, and commitment to quality work.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- 5-7+ years of automotive parts ordering experience.
- Fluency in English, German language skills are a plus.
- Experience with classic Mercedes Benz is beneficial.
- Ability to manage ordering, invoicing, and warehouse records efficiently.
- Track and organize local and international freight shipments.
- Support staff and management in parts procurement for restoration projects.
- Occasional flexibility with hours during busy periods.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally when needed.

Salary: $46,635.13 - $84,260.16 per year
