They are looking to recruit a Logistics Administrator for a 12 month contract with a possible extension.

The main function of this opportunity will be to coordinate the daily shipment activities of these high profile brand names to ensure their customer needs are met through effective and secure logistics functions.

The key requirements for this role are:

Support the logistics team to process shipment documentation in a timely and efficient manner
Liaise with Freight Co's to gain updates on import shipment status
Ensure domestic freight deliveries are received and actions on time
Coordinate with Brand representatives to provide inventory updates
Be a harmonious team member that works accurately and efficiently

This role requires:

Keen interest in developing skills within the logistics industry
Knowledge of import processes a huge advantage
Adequate skills in MS Office programs
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to give effective status updates
Excellent team player, willing to do what it takes to get the job done and help the team get the job done

Important Information

Full Time Hours| Monday to Friday | 8.305pm
You will be required to work 5 days in their gorgeous CBD based offices
1 Year contract with the high possibility of extension
Must have Full Time Work Rights
Immediate Start

- $65,000 + Super
