Are you looking for an opportunity to provide technical leadership and support in the delivery of Digital Infrastructure services in a complex digital environment?

Digital Metro North is looking for two(2) digital infrastructure experts with experience in providing technical leadership and expert technical advice for the design and implementation of innovative strategies and programs, and to strengthen DMN infrastructure systems and services.

We are looking for people with knowledge, determination, skills and experience who want to take the next step in their career and extend their exposure to the Health ICT sector.

Digital Metro North (DMN) works collaboratively with Metro North Health (MNH) clinical leads and end users to deliver the digital transformation strategy for Metro North Health.

It will ultimately create an integrated digital hospital and healthcare environment across Metro North.

In meeting this strategy significant capital works are being undertaken over the next five years that includes hospital construction/refurbishment and the implementation of ieMR Advanced solution across Metro North.

Delivering this will require a dedicated team, with the capacity to work across initiatives and domains, with the knowledge, determination, skills and experience to deliver.

It is a condition of employment for this role for the employee to be, and remain, vaccinated against COVID-19 (Health Employment Directive No. 12/21 and Queensland Health Human Resources Policy B70)
Key knowledge and experienceThe ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Five or more years experience in the technical support of clinical systems, information systems, technical problem solving and the formulation of clinical systems solutions delivering services to large, complex organisations preferably in the health care sector.
  • Demonstrated skills in the analysis of digital and ICT system issues and the effective formulation, design and provision of appropriate solutions and improvements.
