The Role

Reporting to the Concession Manager and working closely with the store team, this position is responsible for delivering the company key performance indicators relating to the Stockroom and building a team that is empowered to exceed.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the profitability of the retail operation by receiving, handling and managing the inventory of merchandise in a timely, efficient and organised manner
Lead and develop the stockroom team to ensure effective stock control at all times
Ensure shrink strategies are reviewed and implemented on an ongoing basis
Drive the focus of Work Health and Safety (WHS) within the stockroom and store
Management of the stores stocktake process
Review and implement strategies within the store to improve efficiency
Previous experience in a fastpaced physical environment
Proven ability to cope well under pressure
A passion for the retail industry and exceptional internal and external customer service
Highly developed attention to detail
Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations
Experience in managing budgets, interpreting financial reports and generating rosters
Proven ability to manage the performance and development of a team
Focus on driving productivity with team members
Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
