Description

The Swinburne University of Technology's Health Service team is looking for a Health Service Program Coordinator to join their team.


The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating health promotion events, educational workshops and activities that the Health Service undertakes to support students to address their challenges, improve wellbeing, community engagement and performance.

The delivery of these services will support the University's commitment to the retention of students and the successful completion of their studies.


The coordinator will act as a liaison and first point of contact for the Health Service for both internal and external stakeholders regarding activities, events and workshops.

About You

To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:

  • Demonstrated project Management and coordinator experience
  • Experience in organizing and coordinating activities, events, workshops
  • Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse background
  • High level of attention to detail and creativity

Qualifications

  • Qualified Social Worker, Registered Nurse or Community Health Nurse, or Health Professional
  • Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a nurse/psychologist; or
  • Full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW)
