We are currently seeking an
_entry level_ Sales Development Representative to join our team, with the main responsibility being to speak with potential new businesses regarding Simpro products and services - ultimately supporting the overall success and growth of the business.

As a self-motivated, articulate and well-presented sales professional, you thrive on assisting with the sale of a solution. You are passionate about the brands you represent and are looking to continue to grow and develop your career. Additionally, you also enjoy nurturing key stakeholder relationships through honest discussion of Simpro products and services.

You are also an expert at positioning a compelling value proposition to single decision-makers, and right up to large buyer groups.

This is a
Brisbane-based role. To be considered, you must be eligible to work legally in Australia on a full-time basis.

What you will do:


  • Gain core Simpro software and products knowledge in order to best address potential customer needs
  • Conduct qualification, discovery and other presales activities with prospects
  • Follow up, qualify, and nurture inbound requests from multiple sources
  • Update client information records in our CRM
  • Increase pipeline through demand generation, consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline development quota
  • Develop and manage other lead generation tactics
  • Execute personal campaigns, activities and processes to build and nurture a pipeline of prospects, ensuring a high conversion rate
  • Successfully transition opportunities to Account Executives.

What you'll bring:

-
1-3 years of experience in a similar, lead generation role, is advantageous

  • CRM use experience
  • The ability to overcome customer objections using valuesbased discussion
  • A strong understanding of internetbased technologies and systems
  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail regarding documentation and processes
  • An ability to work effectively under pressure and to perform well in a team dynamic
  • Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn.
