Key responsibilities:

Lead digital transformation across the organisation, building a culture of innovation and capability.

Advocate for digitisation, engaging stakeholders and promoting continuous improvement.

Explore and improve processes, identifying pain points and driving impactful solutions.

Plan and deliver solutions, collaborating with technology and business teams.

Manage software development & project delivery, ensuring successful implementation.

Support deployment & solution support, including user training and issue resolution.
-
Lead & manage a team, fostering development and high performance.

You'll be responsible for:

Working with stakeholders to build a digitisation culture and capability.
Promoting engagement in digitisation initiatives.
Identifying and analysing processes for improvement opportunities.
Leading solution identification and planning with technology teams.
Supporting project management and software development methodologies.
Providing operational support for deployed solutions.
Leading and managing a team of resources.

Skills & Experience:

Healthcare experience in the private sector (highly regarded)
Product Manager with digital transformation experience
Demonstrated ability to be the link between the Technology and Business functions
Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced environment
MS Dynamics 365 experience a bonus
Excellent communicator and collaborator
Proactive leader who can build and manage highperforming teams
