About the Role
Reporting to the Team Leader Youth Services the core responsibilities include:

Coordinate and provide quality outcomes for key youth projects and initiatives including, but not limited to:
Schoolies
Data Collection and Evaluation
Mental Health First Aid
Child Safety
Build and maintain relationships with the youth service sector and key stakeholders
Participate in continuous quality improvement through adherence to recognized systems, evidencebased principles and the voice of young people, community, and Council.

About You

Bachelor Qualification in Youth Work, Social Work, Community Development, Social Science, or related field.
Relevant Local Government experience is desirable
Experience in project management
Experience in coordination of high functioning and diverse teams and program
Demonstrated ability to set priorities and complete tasks/projects to a high standard and within acceptable timeframes
Understanding of and commitment to the Victorian Child Safe Standards
Strong competency in developing and coordinating projects and initiatives.
Ability to collaborate and work with key partners to achieve great outcomes for young people.
Ability to set priorities and complete tasks/projects to a high standard and within acceptable timeframes.
