About the role:

This role will report to the Director, Governance, Planning and Performance.

Flexible and remote working arrangements can be accommodated, although physical presence at the office may be required from time to time for specific deliverables.


Duties

  • Timeline/roadmap for change management activities to support successful adoption of revised processes and overall strategic goal of building maturity in integrated business planning.
  • Broader support for the Communications and Engagement team as required and as capacity dictates (this may include media, comms strategy development etc).
  • Communications/change management matrix, including:
  • Target groups
  • Recommended channels/mediums
  • Frequency of delivery
  • Types of messaging for each identified target group

Required experience/skills

  • A proven track record as an experienced change management/communications allrounder with experience in business planning, strategy and/or monitoring/evaluation
  • Exceptional writing skills, and experience communicating with clarity;
  • Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence others, and an ability to work with significant autonomy as part of a small team.

Desirable experience/skills

  • Demonstrated understanding of the requirements;
  • Demonstrated capacity to deliver the requirements;
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering similar services to organisation similar to that of the buyer. Include up to 2 references for similar work;
