As we expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to drive our partnership with the medical industry to new heights.


Sales Manager Overview:


As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve and exceed company goals.

You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, overseeing the sales process, and ensuring the team's overall success.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Train and motivate a highperforming sales team.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organisational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to address client needs and concerns effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with potential clients.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales leadership or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
