- Responsible for the accounts payable functions.
- Ensure complete documentation of all vendor invoices are supported with proper approval and relevant supporting documents in SAP.
- Prepare instruction letter to Trustee for release of payment and liaise with the trustee on any queries.
- Monitor Purchase Orders and follow up on outstanding PO and accrued items.
- Attend meetings with external property management agent.
- Perform review of invoices and supporting documents provided by the outsourced external property managers.
- Assist in improvements to policies, internal controls, system, and processes.
- Assist in yearly statutory audit, drafting of financial statements in accordance with statutory regulatory requirements and applicable accounting standards.
- Degree in Accountancy with at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in Property accounting/AP.
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Ability to think creatively and work well within a team.
- Knowledge of AASB16, GST, taxation and other accounting regulatory requirements
- Experience in MRI is essential.
