    Job Description

    As a Property Accountant, your role is crucial to the financial operations, supporting the growth of the property group. Your tasks will include:

    • Managing property accounting functions for accurate financial reporting
    • Analyzing property financial data to offer valuable insights
    • Developing and overseeing property budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
    • Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
    • Implementing financial controls and risk management for the property portfolio
    • Collaborating with teams to enhance financial performance

    Profile

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • CA or CPA qualification with financial management expertise
    • Minimum 3 years experience as a Property Accountant or similar role
    • Strong knowledge of property financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
