What this opportunity involves:


Due to internal promotion, we are currently seeking a Leasing Coordinator or Assistant Transaction Manager to form part of our Transaction Manager team.

Whether you are looking to have a career in administration and keen to remain a Leasing Coordinator, or are looking to for more challenges within Transaction Management, this could be your next role


As a Leasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative tasks relating to the leases, this includes title searches and ensuring records are kept up to date, supporting lease renewals, transaction delivery, exit negotiations, finalising documentation, etc.


As an Assistant Transaction Manager, you will be responsible in delivering optimum commercial outcomes for our Client's property strategy which includes securing tenure for BAU sites and portfolio cost reduction.

You will be involved in delivery of end-to-end transaction management activities including BAU renewals, renegotiations and divestment to secure tenure within the national property portfolio.

You will also support the Lease Admin and Finance function in rent roll variance reporting and budget development.

The national portfolio is growing, spanning across different asset classes in the commercial space.

We're looking for skills in Excel, accounting, research, and you are passionate about real estate holding some transferable experience.


You might be a graduate with skills as a Lease administrator, Property Administrator, Property Paralegal, or Research Analyst, ready to kick start your career.

You need to be well organised, have an excellent eye for detail and can learn quickly. High level written and verbal communication is a must.
