Purpose of the role:

The Head of Programs APAC is responsible for bringing that vision to life in APAC.

You will be responsible for building marketing strategies for our clients and delivering to them as outlined together with the team.

This involves program management excellence, client management, team integration, and a deep understanding of B2B marketing practices.


As the leader of the team, you will train, guide and mentor account directors and managers at various levels in fulfilling their complex and multi-disciplinary roles.

You will work across all of our clients, going deep on some to provide the 'player-coach' support needed, lighter on others where you can guide and mentor instead.

As part of this, you will manage the on-going evolution of processes and methodologies as our business scales and evolves.

You will be a part of a management team which will require you to partner with other Centre of Excellence heads to ensure they deliver services and expertise in a coordinated, efficient, and highly effective manner.

You'll align with the global CS vision and outcomes and ensure we're leveraging global initiatives (where necessary) so that our clients perceive us as one agency, one team, regardless of the capabilities and services they take from us.


Together with the Delivery Community of Practice (CoP) led by the Global Delivery Excellence Lead, you'll help to build a consistent, repeatable, and effective way to onboard and manage clients that can scale with our growth.

This includes training, methodologies, best practice, and

personal development.

You will ensure each client remains delighted with our work, and that each client relationship remains profitable for the agency, working with the Operations team to best align resources and skills across our other Centres of Excellence.


What you will do:


  • Onboard and direct large scale, multidiscipline B2B marketing programs that deliver on the commercial objectives of both TMP (revenue recoverability) and the client (ROMI).
  • Review, refine and evolve programs to improve client delivery and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Communicate with senior sales and marketing management stakeholders within large corporates on a peertopeer basis regarding marketing program delivery versus client objectives, make case for and win support for program refinement and secure ongoing funding for program continuation and expansion.
  • Identify business pains and opportunities with which TMP can engage.
  • Qualify and manage the sales process, including preparation of proposals and contract/commercial negotiation, through to closure for large, complex opportunities.
  • Envision marketing solutions and turn vision into reality; able to architect (or orchestrate architecting) largescale, multidisciplinary marketing solutions that deliver on the business objectives of large B2B organisations and TMP objectives.
  • Direct, manage and develop the CLS team; set clear responsibilities and measurement, and through management inspection/review improve deliverables/outcomes and coach improved delivery.
