About Our Client:
Our client is a real estate conglomerate at the forefront of their industry. They provide tailored solutions for clients across all industries and have a worldwide presence. The company prioritises client experience from the office front door through to the finished product.
- Provide assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard
- Coordinate catering and equipment
- Receive and direct incoming calls
- Scheduling and preparing meetings and meeting rooms
- Hosting duties, E.G. Greeting customers, directing to the appropriate meeting room
- Adhoc administrative duties and support to other areas of business where necessary
The Successful Applicant:
- Administration/ receptionist experience.
- Experience in a customer facing role (E.G. Hospitality, Hotel, Office)
- Switchboard experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Excellent personal presentation
- Attention to detail
- Available Monday
- Friday during business hours
