About Our Client:

Our client is a real estate conglomerate at the forefront of their industry. They provide tailored solutions for clients across all industries and have a worldwide presence. The company prioritises client experience from the office front door through to the finished product.

  • Provide assistance and support for Reception and Switchboard
  • Coordinate catering and equipment
  • Receive and direct incoming calls
  • Scheduling and preparing meetings and meeting rooms
  • Hosting duties, E.G. Greeting customers, directing to the appropriate meeting room
  • Adhoc administrative duties and support to other areas of business where necessary

The Successful Applicant:


  • Administration/ receptionist experience.
  • Experience in a customer facing role (E.G. Hospitality, Hotel, Office)
  • Switchboard experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate at all levels
  • Excellent personal presentation
  • Attention to detail


  • Available Monday

  • Friday during business hours
