About the Role


As the Digital Go to Market Manager - Woolworths & Pure Play, you will be responsible for the activation of CCEP partner brands through Woolworths Digital Sales and Marketing channels.

Reporting to the Head of Digital, you will play an integral role in working closely with business stakeholders where you will consult and guide the organisation on best-in-class digital activation, innovation & sales team collaboration.


You will have the opportunity to

  • Develop and execute of 12month Digital Marketing Plan across WW Group & Pure Play
  • Seamless integration of Digital marketing within the omnichannel P2P and segmented execution
  • Deliver eCommerce Test & Learn initiatives against joint priorities to drive future category growth
  • Establish and deploy channel and customer strategies, including unlocking new brand opportunities
  • BestinClass Digital Shelf & SOV SEO activation
  • Manage Agencies in conjunction with brand teams to deliver best practice SEM (promotional grid, activations & KSW alignment), media activation & share back to the business on a monthly basis
  • Own the omnichannel P2P; ensure creative & comms are aligned to broader campaign objectives, each touchpoint is optimised and that the shopper CX is seamlessly integrated both on & offline
  • Coach, mentor and manage Digital Activation Executive to achieve success in white space & Pure Play
  • Data analysis creating digital reporting performance decks when required to make data driven decisions for future digital marketing and sales investments

About You

Your skills & experience will include:

  • Ideally Marketing or Sales degree/background
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in trade marketing in an FMCG or Retail must have experience in Digital Marketing
  • Experience managing agency and third party relationships
  • Ability to interpret insights and derive recommendations which will drive volume or profit outcomes which are winwin for CCEP and customer
  • Understand Sales and Customer landscape
  • Excellent process and planning behaviours
