What you'll do
As a result of internal growth, an opportunity has arisen for a Store Renewal Manager.

In this role you'll be the champion for renewal, eCommerce and new stores at a store level coordinating this in multiple locations.

You'll engage with store teams in preparation for and through transitional change and ensure that projects are sustained through your guidance to store teams.


Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Implementation of Renewal, ecomm & New Stores in stores, including delivery of all Renewal initiatives (store environment, operational model, people, product, marketing and financial)
  • Providing coaching and support to Store Managers and store teams who will play active roles in delivering change
  • Liaising with multiple stakeholders including store teams and construction teams to minimise impact of disruption to team and customers
  • Positively enhancing culture within store teams through your work in renewal
  • Conducting implementation tracking and coordination of instore activities (e.g. staging of initiative rollout)
  • Delivery of training to teams working closely with the Food Academy teams Supporting Store Managers to ensure we're planning ahead and setting them up for success from a rostering, ways of working, procedural point of view

What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Operational and leadership experience
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with a level of confidence communicating with a cross section of the business across both Format & Network Development and Operational teams
  • Strong relationship building, coaching and engagement skills
  • Experience leading and developing a diverse team through transformational change
  • Project Management/coordination or experience with ecommerce, renewal or new store opening an advantage Agility in ways of working
