About the role


As a key member of the Catering and Client Service team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-end hospitality services across the firm.

It's worth noting that out-of-hours work may be required at short notice so flexibility is important.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional food and beverage services, including espresso coffeemaking and prompt service.
  • Assist in the setup and packdown of the daily Café, providing boardroom services for late client meetings, afterhours meals, and team drinks/gatherings.
  • Clean, restock, and service the Café, staff kitchens, and meeting areas.
  • Set up, pack down, and service client meeting rooms, including audiovisual equipment.
  • Provide professional waiting service for various events, including boardroom meetings, formal and informal lunches, cocktail events, and firmwide morning teas.
  • Deliver daily staff lunch orders and assist with food reheating and preparation.

Skills and Experience

  • Recent graduate from a recognized hospitality training college or experience in a hospitality/corporate boardroom environment (desirable).
  • Excellent grooming and presentation.
  • Commitment to delivering excellent and quality customer services.
  • Strong sense of urgency and effective time management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with staff at all levels.
  • High attention to detail, including when cleaning and servicing staff kitchens.
  • Friendly and energetic attitude.
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and Barista training.
  • Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Citizen
