Our Client is a leading Global Consultancy Firm who are looking for experienced and skilled Capital & Debt Market Specialists to join our Debt & Capital Advisory team.

As an Associate Director, you will play a crucial role in helping Clients create value and solve complex capital & debt solutions.

Responsibilities:

Build strong relationships with clients and originate new transactions
Lead transaction execution, including credit analysis, financial modeling, and legal documentation
Deliver clear recommendations using your indepth debt product and market knowledge
Train and mentor junior team members to promote their professional development
Share your thought leadership in the debt and capital markets space

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in corporate or institutional banking, leverage finance, or debt advisory
Proven track record in deal structuring and negotiating debt and capital funding transactions
Excellent engagement and communication skills to build relationships and effectively communicate complex information
Ability to work collaboratively in an innovative environment
Background in Leverage Loans, Securitization, or Infrastructure Finance preferred
Strong problemsolving skills and high level of integrity
