The Opportunity:

Due to growth, the Business Development Executive is a newly created opportunity.

You will be accountable for developing new and existing partnerships with clients in metro and regional Victoria, with the potential for interstate expansion.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Generating new prospects to build a sales pipeline within the commercial, education, industry and property sectors
  • Achieving sales targets set by the company
  • Converting target prospects to sales opportunities by exploring and understanding the clients' needs and challenges
  • Planning to identify, develop the opportunity and win new contracts
  • Preparing sales proposals. Tender submission and bidding where required.
  • Fostering good relations and partnerships with key decisionmakers
