The Position:

• Full time position
• Hands on role for a very organised Head Chef, collaborating with your team to deliver a premium experience across daily mess meals and events.
• Maintain all catering and stock controls, OH&S compliance, and HACCP with a strong focus on waste reduction.
• To ensure exceptional food safety and quality, prioritise rigorous allergen management and meet dietary requirements through thorough training, stringent ingredient controls, and regular audits.

The Person:

• Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
• 3+ years displayed experience as a head chef in similar venues.
• Comfortable with people management, training and developing.
• High level knowledge in HACCP, allergen management and food safety.
• Proven team leader with high level organisational skills who can work autonomously, with initiative and under pressure.
