Job Information:
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile monthly supplier's invoices against statements
- Input of all supplier invoices into XERO
- Reconciliation of Credit cards for SSH Corporate Entities
- Management of supplier set up and collation of data for approval in XERO.
- Assistance with other EOM reconciliations as required.
- Assistance with Accounts Receivable
- Attendance to weekly / midmonth and EOM payment runs
- Monitoring/reviewing the Suppliers
- Special projects as and when required.
- Adhoc administration duties
- Minimum 3 years working in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Demonstrated administration skills in reporting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and adhere to deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrate initiative and creative problemsolving skills
