Duty Manager

Melbourne CBD

$70-$75K + Super

As the Duty Manager you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operation of this well known South East Asian restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and leading a dedicated team. This position offers the opportunity to immerse yourself in Melbourne's dynamic culinary scene while contributing to the success of a popular dining destination. Requirements:

Previous experience in similar Role,
Minimum of 2 years experience
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations and compliance.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and handle various responsibilities.
A passion for training and mentoring in both service and product knowledge - a true leader by example.

The ideal candidate:

Will assist in day-to-day operations
Assist in overseeing the responsible service of alcohol and up-keeping of a safe workplace
Work closely with the other Management team ensuring operations and overall success of the business
Will be able to lead staff to deliver a high quality service in a fast-paced environment, while staying composed under pressure
Will have chosen hospitality as your profession- always lead by example and enjoy problem-solving
Have a high attention to detail
