_Our client is a customer centric Australian based Brokerage servicing Commercial and Residential Loans._

As a Credit Analyst you will be based in one of 17 display homes ranging from the Sunshine Coast to the Gold Coast.

As a pivotal part of the team, you will be responsible for meeting with potential clients and booking in appointments as well as reporting to the Credit Team Leader and assessing Commercial and Residential Home Loans.

What you will be doing:

Greeting potential clients in the display home and booking in appointments.
Reviewing bank statements and credit reports
Manage daily workflow by ensuring all SLA's are adhered to
Acting as the primary point of escalation between sales and the credit department
Making sound and highquality recommendations to management on complex and/or high value deals

What do you need?

Minimum 1 year experience in mortgage credit assessment
Exceptional Customer Service and interpersonal skills
Be driven and selfmotivated to exceed targets
Be able to assess complex residential files
A genuine focus on client service when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
