We are seeking to fill a vacant EL1 role 1 in our Service Transition & Continual Improvement Section. The Service Transition Manager is responsible for driving the improvement to service management and service resilience.

The role will work with the department's internal and external service providers focusing on the governance and operations of IT Services, building organisational resilience and protecting the operational integrity of critical Health services information.
