About the role:

The Area Leader's main objective is to oversee the successful running of all Yo-Chi's Noosa and Sunshine Plaza venue, by leading, mentoring and providing structure to the Venue Leader and their direct reports.

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, responsibilities include:

Developing high performance venue teams, who are passionate about providing amazing customer experiences
Supporting Venue Leaders with the recruitment and onboarding of new team members & leaders
Working closely with Venue Leaders to drive sales, COGS, labour and profit & loss results
Managing weekly reporting between venues and the Support Team, and ensuring each venue receives the focus and support it needs
Setting up new venues and ensuring compliance with all Yo-Chi procedures and operational standards
Identifying local marketing opportunities and working with the Marketing Leader to implement them.
