Responsibilities:


  • Manage large and complex programs and should own delivery, customer satisfaction, profitability and resources.
  • Meet customer expectations for all the projectrelated deliveries partnering with the delivery partner and the rest of the organization and other service partners as required.
  • Delivering our commitments.
  • Track and monitor program related processes, KPIs, SLAs and ensure 100% compliance to organizational activities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technical members and serve as an escalation point for delivery issues.
  • Perform regular delivery risk reviews and support the project teams with escalations and resolutions as required.
  • Delivering to intended ROI/Profitable outcome.
  • Customer satisfaction and relationship.
  • Resolving client impediments.
  • Ensure SOW, Purchase Orders, Invoices, timesheets, etc are submitted and processed on time.
  • Proactive risk and issue management working with the program manager.
  • Drive proposals proactive and RFP responses, working with different service lines and SMEs and own delivery approaches along with financials.
  • Must be a trusted advisor to customer and must be able to bring in innovation and best practices.
  • Must have technical development background.
  • Experience in working with people of diverse culture, cross utilization and cross culture.
  • PMP, CSM/PSM1 are nice to have.

Skills:


  • Global Delivery Management
  • Good understanding of Banking and Insurance domains.

Requirements:


  • Manages the customer relationship at the project level.

  • Budget, scope, schedules and milestone planning

Salary:
$150, $190,000.00 per year
