Our client, within the construction industry, is on the search for an experienced Administration Manager / Scheduler to join their team on a temp to perm basis.

The office environment is fun, relaxed and they team love what they do.

This opportunity is office based, full time, and has the potential to become permanent for the right applicant.

This role is available now, with a start date no later than Wednesday 29th November.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with industry professionals and trade customers over the phone
  • Manage and rearrange the work schedule at short notice
  • Confidently navigate internal software
  • Invoice customers for onsite work and product sales via MYOB
  • Ordering of products and managing inventory
  • Maintain customer systems and database

REQUIREMENTS

  • A service based business background would be highly beneficial
  • Solid administrative background
  • Exposure to scheduling highly beneficial
  • Manual driving license ideal
  • A collaborative, hardworking but fun personality
