Our client, within the construction industry, is on the search for an experienced Administration Manager / Scheduler to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
This opportunity is office based, full time, and has the potential to become permanent for the right applicant.
This role is available now, with a start date no later than Wednesday 29th November.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with industry professionals and trade customers over the phone
- Manage and rearrange the work schedule at short notice
- Confidently navigate internal software
- Invoice customers for onsite work and product sales via MYOB
- Ordering of products and managing inventory
- Maintain customer systems and database
REQUIREMENTS
- A service based business background would be highly beneficial
- Solid administrative background
- Exposure to scheduling highly beneficial
- Manual driving license ideal
- A collaborative, hardworking but fun personality
