The Customer Reporting Analyst is responsible for taking a senior role in the design, delivery and interpretation of customer and loyalty analysis and reporting.

This includes, but not limited to reporting on business and customer segmentation performance, adhoc and program campaign performance reporting and ongoing dashboard development to ensure measurement of all customer KPI's.

The role proactively assists and guides the Customer Reporting Analyst in delivering output and actively partners with both Marketing and Business Unit stakeholders.


Key responsibilities for this role include, however will not be limited to:

  • Extracting, manipulating, and translating gaming, restaurant, bar, hotel and other customer data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • In depth analysis and recommendations for both businesses as usual and projectbased activities.
  • Support direct marketing activities with analytics to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • ROI analysis and recommendations preparation for Marketing initiatives, programs and campaigns.
  • Finalise regular management reports on business performance including KPI tracking for customer segments, marketing initiatives and marketing projects.
  • Recommend improvements to customer performance dashboards and the effective visual communication of data insights
  • Present findings to provide meaningful insights to support business decisions.
  • Development & review reports to monitor trends in customer behaviour and customer experience, and for new areas of focus, e.g. LCM, digital, etc.
  • Presentation of campaign results and report insights delivered via ongoing and ad hoc meetings within the Marketing team and with Business Unit stakeholders.
  • Translation of complex data into clear, concise and actionable commercial insights and business recommendations.

What you need:


  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, Finance, Commerce, or Marketing.
  • 5+ years' relevant experience in a similar role is highly desired
  • Advanced Excel skills.
Experience in Google Cloud Platform, SQL, Cognos and Tableau
