Inlight's digital
Client Partner will be the engine room behind the key pillars of Inlight's Client Experience.

This role will help deliver great client experience through driving strong relationships with our key customers, drive opportunities to grow existing accounts, strategically influencing our clients and our team, work with our business development team and help our team deliver quality work.


At Inlight, you'll get a chance to work on challenging and impactful projects, with plenty of hands-on-involvement from start to finish.

You'll join forces with 55+ friendly Inlighters, who work flexibly between home and our brand new Clifton Hill office, purpose built with hybrid work being central to its design.


What you'll do

  • As our new Client Partner you will be the mastermind behind our client relationships. Your role is to articulate clear and actionable strategies, aligning crossfunctional teams with client business priorities, objectives and expectations. You will actively search for growth opportunities on existing accounts and crafting account plans and strategies with internal team members.
  • By developing a thorough understanding of our clients business objectives, you recommend solutions that meet or exceed our client expectations, providing leadership, strategic advice and ongoing support.
  • With your excellent account management skills, you enhance our capability in the areas of account management and provide ongoing & commercial direction for team members in managing and growing their relationships and excellence on all projects.
  • Working collectively with the team to effectively transition sales into the client services and production team.
  • Build a detailed understanding of the team's production processes and support and explain product estimates, schedules and internal processes
  • Work alongside the Delivery team to get projects out of the door on time, on budget and achieve the expected results for the clients.

You're someone who

  • Has experience building and maintaining trusted relationships with Senior stakeholders
  • Has a proven track record in driving growth of existing client accounts and supporting new business development
  • Is excited by the complexity of working on a variety of different accounts at the same time
  • Has strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate broad business and marketing goals into clear objectives, requirements and and outcomes for digital
  • Has exceptional communication and negotiation skills and the ability to manage scope and changes
  • Has a solid understanding and enthusiasm for digital and is curious about exploring new ways of doing this, new technologies and solutions
  • Is excited by providing clients with a client experience that is exceptional
  • Has good judgment and the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Knows when to take initiative, has excellent time management skills and can demonstrate a planned and organised approach to projects
  • Is calm under pressure, a good listener and is able to handle delicate issues with clients
  • Is able to motivate and inspire people at all levels to achieve results, works well with other areas of the business. Knows when to push and when to pull
