What you will be doing:
We are seeking another experienced photographer/videographer to join the Knezz team.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, quick to learn, has strong attention to detail and has a creative eye.
Your work life will be as diverse and dynamic as the projects you work on.Responsibilities include:
- Planning and executing photo and video shoots for clients, this may include aerial photography and videography and floor plan measurements.
- Managing communication with Knezz' editing team, uploading files and writing notes to ensure edits meet the client's brief.
- Collaborating with other team members and clients, to ensure consistent, highquality service and client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Overseeing editor's work, ensuring content produced is of a high standard and is delivered to clients on time.
- Reporting on execution of shoots, documenting feedback for clients and agents and identifying areas for improvement.
- Maintaining latest real estate and digital content knowledge and trends.
- Sharing lessons learned and insights with the Knezz' team to develop new and innovative approaches to work.

Selection criteria:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in photography, videography, film production, graphic design or related field.
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a photographer and/or videographer in real estate or related industry, including experience using drones and measuring for floor plans for real estate use.
- Your own camera/video/drone equipment.
- Strong experience with camera equipment, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Proficient in video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Strong understanding of marketing, visual storytelling and composition.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects.
- The role requires you to drive to shoots around Sydney, as such you will need your own vehicle and current driver's license.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary:
Up to $70,000.00 per year
