The Opportunity
Veris are seeking a Surveyor to join the ever growing Melbourne team located in Southbank.

We have a large team of Licensed Surveyors and the future crop of Licensed Surveyors completing their Professional Training Agreements.

This opportunity will offer a pathway to a PTA.

Providing you with the opportunity to work alongside a hugely experienced team and from day one you will be aligned with a Licensed Surveyor and provided with expert guidance and training.

Overall you would be assisting our property team on a variety of projects across Melbourne.

This role will see your responsibilities include but not be limited to:

  • Undertaking Cadastral surveys under the supervision the Southbank Licensed Surveyor team
  • Effectively manage and control the submission of survey documentation to statutory authorities.
  • Ensure work is carried out within the client's guidelines, effectively and professionally at all times
  • Provide operational support to the Licensed Survey Team by way of assisting with resource planning, project management and staff mentoring
Renumeration $55,000 - $75,000


About You

  • Degree in Surveying or equivalent
  • Experience in Cadastral surveying within Victoria
  • Must be able to work seamlessly with many Developers, Builders, Project Managers and Consultants
  • Proficiency in the use of Liscad, AutoCAD and relevant survey equipment (or similar)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • The ability work as an effective team member and to mentor other staff, set objectives and support achievements to maximise successful client deliverables.
