A leading wholesale building materials company with multiple sites across Australia and a parent company with an international presence. Specialising in garage door solutions, they have been designing and manufacturing in Australia for the last 60 years.

The Role

Execute the quality management strategy as per plan.
Building effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure standards are met and embedded.
Implement quality management strategies and plans in assigned timeframes.
Implement and review process monitoring.
Coordinate and conduct internal audits to ensure products meet customer and business expectations.
Ensure standards and quality control processes are in place for new and changed products.
Validate and analyse claims data, identify trends, and drive sitebased improvement initiatives.
Lead root cause analysis and investigations and implement solutions.
Maintain, and operate an effective corrective and preventative action with the Quality system and program, and maintaining an effective Nonconforming program.
Lead the site internal audit program.

Your Background

4+ years' in a Quality Supervisory Role.
Sound knowledge and demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining Quality Management Systems.
Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
Auditing experience, with certification advantageous.
Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
Background in Continuous Improvement
