, to join our team at Dalkeith Heights Retirement Village, located in Traralgon. Dalkeith Heights consists of 159 homes and large community centre offering a high quality vibrant community for our residents, with a wide range of activities and services provided within a welcoming environment and beautiful gardens. Customer Service Officer role is a part-time role and will report to the Village Manager.


As a Customer Service Officer, your role will involve:

  • Providing high quality customer experience for customers, visitors, and new enquirers
  • Performing reception and administrative duties to meet customer needs
  • Updating and maintaining the resident database
  • Assisting with event and meeting preparation, including making bookings, organising catering, room set up and event logistics
  • Administration of the externally monitored emergency call system
  • Assisting residents to access care and support services

To ensure your success in this role, you will have:

  • Extensive background in reception and administrative support
  • Techsavvy, with a wide range of experience using Microsoft Office and other IT systems including CRM
  • First-Aid qualified or willing to obtain the relevant training
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, including excellent interpersonal skills
  • Empathetic and able to build strong connections with residents and their loved ones
  • The drive to work autonomously and within a team being highly motivated and creative
  • Availability to work on Fridays is essential with additional days as mutually agreed
