Description
We're looking for a passionate customer service guru to provide a 1-call resolution experience in the waste collection business.

You will create excellent customer experiences through Growth & Sales activities which include client retention, customer service and generation of revenue growth through outbound sales.

You will be working an eight-hour shift between the hours of 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday.

If you have phone based sales & retention experience OR have knowledge of working in waste services this is the role for you

What you'll do

  • Drive sales revenue opportunities through campaigns focusing on new business in strategic Market / Territory sectors.
  • Proactive management of new leads
  • Respond and manage service cancellation requests through understanding and proactively providing solutions to retain customers
  • Identify opportunities to renew, upsell and maximise organic growth revenue from existing customer base via Health checks and strategic EDM campaigns.
  • Identify and propose tailored customer solutions
  • Build rapport with customers and provide exceptional Customer Experience.
  • Coordinate with the logistics team and utilise tools to increase growth and profitability for customers based in select geographical areas
  • Provide customer reporting as required
  • Undertake other duties in accordance with your position as directed by the Customer Experience Supervisor & Team Leaders

What you'll need to be successful

  • Outgoing, confident, organised, reliable and well presented.
  • Proven sales experience and ability to work within KPIs and sales targets OR experience within the waste industry.
  • Minimum of 23 years experience in a phone based Sales Role.
  • Managing customer relationships.
  • Communicating and negotiating outcomes or solutions to internal/external customers.
  • Professional telephone manner
- listening, questioning, empathy, clear client outcome and professionalism.

  • Experience using SAP and/or Salesforce.
  • Typing speed of 60 wpm and 80% or more accuracy.
