ABOUT YOUR ROLE


Work with the Sustainability Lead and CCEP Central to develop and implement the container collection and social sustainability strategies and programme of work with approximately equal time allocated to both elements.

The role is primarily responsible for delivery of the packaging pillar collection target and all the society pillar targets. Additionally, the role is responsible for the development and delivery of a CCEP Australia Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Bring best practice learnings to customers in container collection highlighting the value it delivers to the circular economy and any waste reduction programs they may have in their sustainability strategy.
  • Lead the communications aspect of program liaising between CCEP Commercial teams, The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC) brand teams and Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) in each state and territory
  • Focussed on the annual National Recycling Week event maximise the potential consumer reach and engagement with recycling of bottles and cans through CDS channels within the At Home customer channel
  • Develop collection activation programs including facilitation of introductions and building of relationships between CCEP Away From Home and Licenced customers and state and territory Container Deposit Schemes (CDS)
  • Own the endtoend processes for the delivery of the 'My Community Grants', 'My Product Donation' and 'My Payroll Giving' programs including tracking of recipients and the value of funds, product and inkind donations
  • Lead the development of the CCEP Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) and play an active role in the Mob & Mates Employee Resource Group

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role you must have:

  • 5-8 years business experience, including proven experience in communication, stakeholder engagement, relationship building and project management.
  • Tertiary education in marketing, business, communications, or sustainability will be beneficial.
  • Strong attention to detail to complete data reporting for monitoring and compliance requirements for CCEP Global & TCCC
  • Strong Presentation Skills as you will be required to prepare visual PowerPoint and other communication material and communicate key messages to internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to confidently present and answer questions.
