We are seeking an experienced and ambitious investigation professional to join our National Management team as the new
QLD & NT State
Manager of Investigations,** ideally based in our Brisbane office.


This role provides a driven professional with oversight of our broad Investigation Division, primarily across
Queensland, but also to assist with the management of Investigation Services in the
Northern Territory. Working in partnership, and with full support from our National Management team, you will embrace this fantastic opportunity to expand our successful Northern States operations, including Factual, Surveillance & Desktop services.

You will work closely with our valued customers in these regions, lead our team of investigators and drive quality outcomes in our service provision.

The Role:

Reporting to the Executive Director & General Manager and with regular liaison with key divisional managers, the main functions of the role are to:

  • Ensure we deliver consistent, high quality investigation services.
  • Demonstrate a passion for teamwork, business efficiency and bestinclass investigation services & initiatives.
  • Provide timely, professional and effective communication with clients and grow your regions' clientbase through a number of targeted activities.
  • Build on our existing network and relationships with key stakeholders in both personal injury and general insurance lines.
  • Prepare and produce internal management reports and external reports in line with our SLAs and client requirements.
  • Support & assist our staff to succeed in their investigative field roles and identify opportunities to enhance operational performance.
  • Assist the Executive team with recruitment, marketing, tenders & business development activities in QLD & NT.
  • Ensure the division's quality and compliance processes are effectively managed and successfully executed.

About You:


  • Demonstrated operational and/or management experience, including working with senior internal and external business stakeholders and customers (
    mandatory);
  • Strong customer service ethos, internally and externally (
    mandatory);
  • Demonstrated background & experience in insurance claims management, investigations, legal and/or professional services;
  • A working knowledge of, and existing network in, the personal injury insurance industry
    (highly desirable);
  • The ability to get the best out of people by providing strong and balanced leadership;
  • Have a current and valid
    Investigators Licence (or willing to obtain) and a current drivers licence; and
  • Have a willingness to travel intra and interstate for businessrelated activities, meetings, functions & presentations.
