Our opportunity


As the Site Supervisor, you will take ownership of the overall site safety management through diligent controls, supervision, and leadership.

You will drive the timely delivery of high-quality construction work. This will involve developing short to medium-term programs, work schedules, and labour requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks and maintaining HSE standards.

Working closely with our site engineers, you will pre-empt and resolve construction issues, ensuring progress aligns with the construction program.

This is a unique opportunity to join our high-performing team, delivering two of our Masterplanned Community projects. Initially, you will be working on the Tullamore project and will subsequently be deployed to our Smiths Lane project.

Tullamore
Located 13 kilometres from Melbourne's CBD, Tullamore is nestled among the highly sought after suburb of Doncaster. Formally the Eastern Golf Course, the project is within close proximity to leading retail, education and transport hubs.

Smiths Lane

Your point of difference


You are an experienced Site Supervisor with a minimum of 4+ years' experience in a similar role, specifically masterplanned, medium density residential building projects.

Ideally, you have gained this experience within a main contractor or developer builder environment.

In addition, the following qualifications and skills are required:
Trade background and relevant qualification
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Passionate about delivering customer focused quality, leaving a positive legacy in the communities in which you operate
