The requirements;

  • Portfolio based property management
  • Assist with conducting routine inspections and open for inspections (OFI's)
  • Conduct ingoing, outgoing inspections
  • Be a leader in the team. Leasing team and Back Office team will support you
  • Keypassing to the tenants
  • Manage about 200 properties
  • Organise repairs and maintenance work orders
  • Minimise and maintain rental arrears
  • Conduct leasing prices of properties

Salary:
$80, $90,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Flexible hours

Supplemental pay types:
